We are working with an award-winning law firm bases in Leeds who require a Conveyancer with experience in new-built and leasehold. Our client is a well-known popular high street practice that have assisted thousands of local people and businesses. Although they have expertise in all areas of the firm’s practice, they are particularly well known as a specialist in Residential Property matters. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking for progression and a clear path through to partner level.
You will be responsible for undertaking residential conveyancing work in a busy department. You’ll work closely with the property team, receive regular supervision meetings and take responsibility for more complex work within the team. This is also an exciting opportunity to get involved with business development and marketing to help grow and expand the work and team.
