As permanent recruitment specialists we have an extensive pool of talented teachers, support staff and senior leaders looking for their next role. Our candidate base covers all areas of the UK with a number of candidates interested in relocating for the right role. And while your requirements might be very specific, we are able to shortlist only those candidates that are fully qualified for the job. What’s more, we manage the entire process for you: from screening and profiling to shortlisting the right candidates and benchmarking the correct salary. We take care of everything, including any administrative hurdles.
With our vast experience within education recruitment we partner with you to thoroughly understand your School, Academy or Multi Academy Trust and any challenges you face to match the traits of the perfect candidate.
You provide us with your criteria and we shortlist potential candidates. A fee is only paid if you find the right fit.
We work with you under a retainer whereby you pay a fixed amount for us to source a candidate for you. In return for this commitment we invest significant resources into the search: identifying, contacting and shortlisting candidates. A final part of the fee is paid once the candidate accepts the role.
You can choose to outsource your full recruitment process to us. We become an extension of your company getting to know your values and culture to source the right candidates. Service fees apply.
