Salary: £40000-£55000 per year
James Ray Recruitment are recruiting for a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Solicitor on behalf of a well-established firm of reputable solicitors based in Hull.
The ideal candidate will have:
7+ years of experience in corporate law, with a strong focus on M&A, banking and shareholder arrangements
A proven track record of delivering high-quality legal services to clients
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A commitment to continuous learning and development
Work on a variety of corporate transactions, from small deals to large-scale mergers and acquisitions
Provide legal advice to clients on a range of corporate matters
Contribute to the development of the team’s specialisms
Play a full role in business development
