We are recruiting for a specialist property law firm with an enviable reputation. Founded in 2019 by an experienced Solicitor with a vision to offer premium legal services and customer service. The firm utilise up to the minute modern technologies to increase efficiencies and reduce costs to the client.
The firm are based in Hull city centre and have grown quickly over the last few years and have seen a increase in work over the last few months. They require an experienced commercial property solicitor able to deal with a wide variety of commercial property matters including sales & acquisitions, planning and development, agriculture, rights over land landlord & tenant (commercial and residential). Experience of commercial property transactions is essential, with the ideal candidate being able to hit the ground running and support the principal solicitor on more complex matters, whilst also developing their own caseload.
They will consider applications from newly qualified upwards and offer a secure work place for those looking to progress their career.
