James Ray are recruiting on behalf of an international law firm who are looking for a Senior Associate with excellent Commercial Development and Infrastructure Project Experience to join them on a remote basis.
The team works on a wide variety of real estate transactions, both domestic UK transactions and supporting activities of the firm’s global clients. They deliver a client-focused responsive service for blue chip clients who expect the highest quality, great value, and the delivery of excellent work. They expect their lawyers to be specialists in their sectors, and to be pro-active and commercially minded.
Commercial Development and Infrastructure Projects:
Working with a project team of junior associates, paralegals, and construction and planning colleagues to deliver nationally significant rail and infrastructure projects for Network Rail.
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial real estate documents including sale/purchase contracts, development agreements, infrastructure framework agreements, and agreements for lease and option and promotion agreements.
Dealing with the usual real estate due diligence requirements such as the preparation/review of certificates/reports on title.
Carrying out asset management and portfolio management type work and providing general landlord/tenant leasing advice.
