We have some fantastic news to share with you – James Ray Recruitment has been shortlisted for a prestigious award by the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) in the category of ‘Start Up Of The Year.’
For those who might not know, the REC is a well-known organisation in the recruitment industry here in the UK. They help make sure that recruitment companies like us always do our best to find the right people for the right jobs.
Being shortlisted for this award is a big deal for us. It means that all the hard work we put into helping people find jobs and helping businesses find the right staff is being recognised. It’s a huge pat on the back from the experts in our industry, and we couldn’t be happier about it!
Our team has worked so hard this year, and this recognition is proof that we are moving in the right direction. We’ve been helping lots of job seekers find their dream roles and supporting businesses to grow by finding the perfect candidates for them. This wouldn’t be possible without the support of all our clients, candidates, and, of course, our amazing team.
We are eagerly waiting for the final results, but just being shortlisted is an honour. We’d like to take the opportunity to thank everybody who has been part of our journey so far – from our incredibly hardworking specialist recruitment team, to the fantastic job seekers and clients who trust us every day. We couldn’t have done it without you, and we hope to continue helping many more people in the future.
Since opening our first branch in Beverley, to opening our second recruitment agency office in Liverpool, it’s been a very exciting year of growth for us. We cannot wait to continue serving our incredible clients and candidates, and to be recognised by our industry is the icing on the cake of a great year at James Ray Recruitment.
