James Ray Recruitment is thrilled to collaborate with a prestigious Primary School located in Hull, now seeking a dedicated Class Teacher to inspire and educate their vibrant year 3 students.
As a Class Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a dynamic learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining a thorough understanding of teaching areas and providing comprehensive support to year 3 students.
Skillfully planning and executing lessons that exceed learning criteria, ensuring consistent academic growth.
Implementing effective teaching and classroom management strategies to create an engaging and supportive atmosphere.
Demonstrating impeccable organizational skills to monitor student progress, set clear goals, offer constructive feedback, and maintain accurate progression records.
This full-time role spans 5 days per week, covering 2 terms, with an immediate start. The ideal candidate will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess prior experience in teaching KS2 students.
Remuneration for this position is competitive, ranging from MPS1 to MPS6 (£25,174 to £36,961), commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Key Duties:

Who is the ideal candidate?

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Possession of QTS is essential, demonstrating completion of the required training and qualifications for teaching in primary schools.
  • Experience with KS2 Students: Proven experience in teaching Key Stage 2 (KS2) students.
  • Innovative Teaching Practices: Willingness to employ innovative and creative teaching methods to engage students, enhance learning outcomes, and cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and educational requirements, demonstrating flexibility in lesson planning, classroom management, and collaboration with colleagues.
  • Commitment to Safeguarding: Awareness of and adherence to safeguarding policies.
