Job Description:

James Ray Recruitment are seeking to recruit a KS2 teacher with enthusiasm and energy who is committed to delivering inspirational, challenging, and high-quality lessons.
We are looking for an experienced teacher who has excellent subject knowledge, a good understanding of how children learn effectively with strong behavior management skills to lead their Year 3 class at a fantastic school based in the Selby, North Yorkshire area.
The school aims to provide a stimulating, well-balanced and varied education, helping each child to develop his or her full potential intellectually, socially, and physically. The school’s strength lies in its small and vibrant community, in which each child’s individual needs, strengths and interests are recognized and valued in a secure, supportive, and caring environment.
This position is offered on a full time and long-term basis with an anticipated start date after the October half term. Please note, this role is term time only. The day rate will vary dependent on experience £115 – £225.

The ideal candidate:
· Hardworking, enthusiastic, and highly motivated
· An excellent classroom practitioner who is inspirational in their teaching and involves the children as active learners
· Experienced at teaching across the primary phase. Recent experience in Key Stage 2 would be preferable
· Have high expectations and show commitment to raising standards
· Committed to working as part of a team to make a difference to our pupils’ lives
· Valid QTS
· Right to work in the UK free from sponsorship
