Job Description:

James Ray Recruitment are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable individuals to work as unqualified supply teachers in schools in Bridlington and the surrounding area.

As a member of supply staff, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of students by covering lessons during teacher absences.

This role is ideal for those looking to gain valuable classroom experience, considering a career in teaching, or seeking flexible work that fits around other commitments.

Key Duties:

Deliver pre-planned lessons and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
Engage and motivate students in their learning.
Follow school policies and procedures to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
Adapt to different subjects and year groups, providing support where needed.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance as required.

About You:

Previous experience working with children or young adults in any capacity is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a classroom environment and build rapport with students.
Adaptable, reliable, and able to work on short notice.
A genuine passion for education and supporting student learning.
A willingness to undergo a DBS check and provide professional references.
