Job Description:

We are in search of a passionate educator who can captivate students’ imaginations, guiding them to explore the intricacies of textile design, develop practical proficiencies, and kindle a fervour for fashion and creativity.

This is a part-time position, three days a week and will begin in October 2024.

This full-time role promises a competitive salary range spanning from MPS1 to MPS6 (£25,174 to £36,961), contingent upon experience. Key Duties:

The Ideal Candidate:

A dynamic classroom practitioner, adept at igniting students’ curiosity and steering them towards remarkable progress in this popular subject area.
Flexibility to contribute to the teaching of Art and Design, Textiles, and their corresponding GCSE curriculum adds value to this role.
Holding Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possessing adept behaviour management skills are essential prerequisites for this position.
Has or is willing to apply for an enhanced DBS
