Job Description:

James Ray Recruitment is actively seeking experienced Teaching Assistants to support multiple schools and academies on a supply basis in and around the local area.
We have seen an increased demand for support staff in primary and secondary schools, we require teaching assistants for both ad hoc and long-term sickness cover.
We are looking for passionate individuals who are looking to build their career in working with children. You will mostly be working alongside the class teacher to provide support to the children and in some cases on a 1:1 basis. The needs of the children can vary, and in some cases the children may have complex learning difficulties.
The role of a teaching assistant can be a challenging one so patience, and a friendly approach is essential.
We are currently looking for candidates who can work on a full-time basis to meet the demand of work needed until the end of academic year.
