Job Description:

James Ray Recruitment are looking to appoint a positive, dynamic, enthusiastic, and well-qualified teacher of Health and Social Care to join a leading school based within the Hull area. The ideal candidate will be required to support to deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for students on temporary ongoing basis. The successful candidate will be committed to the educational development of creative and engaging teaching and learning which will instill in students a passion for learning and change their lives through learning.
This school looking for someone who holds a valid QTS and has experience delivering Health and Social Care to KS4 and KS5. The role is a part time position covering during term time only to commence from November 2023. The salary between MPS1 to MPS6 £25,174 to £36,961, this is dependent on experience.

Key Duties:

Who is the ideal candidate?
  • Can deliver Health and Social care up to KS5.
  • To facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to achieve their individual potential
  • To contribute to raising standards of student attainment
  • To ensure a high-quality learning experience for students
  • Hold QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant undergraduate degree
  • Have a good level of ICT skills
  • Have excellent time management skills
  • Passionate about education
