James Ray Recruitment are looking to recruit a teacher of Design Technology to work within an Academy in Beverley. This is a fantastic opportunity for committed and motivated Teacher of Design Technology to join their ever-growing team ASAP on a full-time basis with a view to potentially move to permanent contract. They currently have over 730 students on role aged 11 to 16. Despite being one of the most rapidly growing academies in East Yorkshire, due, primarily to their success and outcomes, relationships between students and staff are excellent and they have maintained a small school friendly atmosphere. Behavior in the academy is good with a relentless focus upon learning and aspiration.
An excellent knowledge and understanding of the subject is essential. Ability to teach all aspects of Design and Technology, including Catering. You must possess the skills and determination to make a significant difference to the lives of their students and share the school’s vision and values.
This school looking for someone who holds QTS and is able to deliver good levels of behavior management. The role is a full-time position with the salary between MPS1 to MPS6 £25,174 to £36,961, this is dependent on experience.
