Job Description:

James Ray Recruitment is looking for Secondary School supply teachers to join us on a supply basis to work with several schools and Academies in and around Scarborough. We have seen an exceptionally high demand for secondary school supply teachers and require assistance with ad hoc or long-term sickness cover. All secondary school applicants will be considered for our guaranteed pay scheme giving you job security and a consistent income. All candidates will be considered for our guaranteed pay schemes which provides the reassurance of work. Supply teaching work is term time only.

Key Duties:

Set academically stretching goals and provide a safe, stimulating environment for the children, rooted in mutual respect, and modelling the behaviour required, to challenge and inspire the children of all backgrounds, abilities and dispositions.
Someone who has the drive and ambition to make sure their children achieve their very best and has a developing record of raising standards and expectations.
An individual who will truly add value to the school and strive to think outside of the box.
An individual that can work well on their own but know when to ask for help and seek guidance openly.
Have a current DBS registered on the update service
