We are proud to support numerous schools and academies in and around the Manchester area, providing quality education even in the absence of regular teachers.

You’ll seamlessly transition into classrooms across various key stages, ensuring that learning continues without interruption.

Key Duties:

Delivering Engaging Lessons: You will step into different classrooms and deliver pre-planned lessons, or adapt as necessary, to maintain a high standard of education.
Adapting to Various Environments: Whether you’re covering short-term vacancies or taking on longer assignments, your ability to adapt to different school environments and student needs is crucial.
Supporting Student Development: You will play a vital role in the academic and social development of students, ensuring that each child receives the support and encouragement they need.
Maintaining Classroom Management: Upholding classroom discipline and creating a positive learning environment will be essential to your role.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Previous experience in primary education.
Strong classroom management skills.
A genuine passion for teaching and making a difference in students’ lives.
Adaptability and reliability.
