Job Description:

James Ray Recruitment is actively seeking experienced and newly qualified Teachers to support multiple schools and academies on a supply basis in local area.
We have seen an increased demand for teachers for primary and secondary schools, we require committed educators for both ad hoc and long-term sickness cover. Whether you’re an experienced teacher seeking flexible work or an early career teacher (ECT/NQT) looking to gain diverse classroom experience, we would love to hear from you.
We are currently looking for candidates who can work on a full-time basis to meet the demand of work needed until the end of academic year.

What We’re Looking For:

We seek passionate educators who are committed to delivering high-quality teaching and fostering a positive learning environment. The ideal candidate will:

Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
Ensure continuity and high standards of learning in the absence of the regular teacher.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
Liaise with staff to ensure smooth transitions and consistent student progress.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience in classroom teaching (Primary or Secondary).
Strong classroom management skills.
Ability to adapt quickly and efficiently to new environments.
A positive and proactive approach to teaching.
Hold a current DBS registered on the update service to meet safeguarding requirements or happy to apply for new.
