Family Law Solicitor
James Ray Recruitment are working with a specialist family Law Legal 500 firm who require family law solicitors for a number of their offices. They require a family law solicitor for their office in Southampton, all levels of PQE considered.
The role will be to take over a busy existing caseload of divorce, financial provision, private children, injunction and particularly public children law.
Applications are sought from candidates that already have experience in dealing with all types of family law matters although all levels of experience will be considered. Membership of the children law panel will assist although is not necessarily a requirement. Knowledge and experience of the legal aid schemes and procedures is important.
The candidate will need to have the ability to work in a fast paced department both as an individual but also within a team setting.
