Manage a caseload of Serious Injury files from inception to completion
Analyse each claim including investigating the relevant evidence with the claim
Review quantum and liability including interim payments and damages costs
Attend client and counsel meetings and court hearings
Confidently communicate with clients, experts, defendants and counsel
Draft court documents which include applications, witness statements, pleadings and court directions
To develop cases according to company targets
Qualified Solicitor, FILEX or Fee Earner with a minimum of 5 years experience
Experience of running cases in the High Court is essential
Proven track record of managing a Serious Injury caseload (multi track matters)
The ability to work with challenging situations and complex caseloads whilst remaining professional
Previously used a Case Management system
