Our client is a leading the way Specialising in Technology, Engineering, Life Sciences and Gaming sectors across the UK, Europe and America with offices based in Birmingham, Preston, London, Manchester and Doncaster. They are all about delivering a high level of quality and performance that their clients and candidates both expect and deserve.

And for this position, we are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant who is a self-starter, ambitious, and excited by the opportunity to build a division from the ground up. This role will be responsible for establishing the Engineering division. As a 360 recruitment role, you will be responsible for business development, taking on client briefs, sourcing candidates, managing the interview process, negotiating salary and pay and offer management.

The successful Recruitment Consultant will:

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in recruitment and will have a proven track record with business development. We are looking for ambitious, goal-oriented, resilient individuals who thrive in a competitive environment with the ability to hit the ground running.
