James Ray Recruitment are recruiting for a dynamic law firm who require a Senior Private Client Paralegal to join their team in Liverpool.
The candidate:
You will have at least 5 years’ experience working within a Private Client Department as a Paralegal/Legal Assistant supporting a Fee Earner. You will be proficient with IT and Microsoft packages
Ability to work within quality and case management systems (e.g., Lexcel and Tikit)
Dynamic in approach and uses initiative when dealing with clients or potential clients
A positive approach to customer service and a team player who is flexible in approach
Ability to deal with sensitive situations and difficult clients in a professional, confidential manner
Sufficient knowledge of the legal process to understand the work being undertaken
