Senior Associate Corporate and Commercial Solicitor

Key Duties:

• You will be advising clients on commercial agreements and corporate transactions including: commercial agreements, intellectual property, company law, investments, partnerships and finance
• Developing and growing your own client base
• Providing high quality, tailored and effective legal services to clients in a timely manner
• Proactively managing your client matters effectively and profitably
• Collaborating with team members across all areas of the firm
• Developing mentoring capabilities by advising less experienced team members

Does your previous experience include:

• 6+ years PQE or equivalent experience
• Successfully advising on a range of corporate matters
• Demonstrable knowledge on commercial agreements, data protection and intellectual property
