James Ray Recruitment are currently seeking a dynamic and inspirational Science Teacher who is motivated and enthusiastic to deliver Science up to KS4 at a leading Hull based school. You should be able to evidence a good knowledge of planning and assessing lessons, this includes how to set up, manage and run a range of scientific experiments and demonstrations, following health and safety guidance. As a Science Teacher, you will take a creative approach to teaching students according to their educational needs, ensuring delivery of the school curriculum in a way that inspires students’ love of learning. The school has an excellent Science Department which thrives on a positive attitude and teamwork, delivering a rich curriculum in well-resourced classrooms with a student-centred philosophy. The successful applicant will be part of a team that has a variety of specialised teachers, all offering support and guidance to each other, which creates a positive and hardworking ethos.
This position is to cover a full-time timetable, covering on a long-term basis, term time only. The school is looking for someone to join their team ASAP until April 2024. This school looking for someone who holds QTS and has the experience teaching English up to KS4 & KS5. Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate good levels of behaviour management. The salary is MPS1 to MPS6 £25,174 to £36,961, this is dependent on experience.
