Your responsibilities will include managing communications, maintaining records, assisting with scheduling, and supporting staff and students with various administrative tasks. If you have excellent organisational skills and a proactive attitude, we invite you to apply today.

Key Duties:

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in an educational setting
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • A proactive and positive attitude
  • Must have or be willing to obtain an enhanced DBS
