Job Description:

James Ray Recruitment are working with a law firm, seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their team in the Bingley & Bradford office.

Key Duties:

  • Managing a caseload of freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, help to buys and transfers of equity from instruction to completion
  • Managing client expectations
  • Following and maintaining the case management system
  • Legal research where necessary
  • Title checking and dealing with enquiries
  • Carrying out AML and SOF/SOW checks
  • Timely bill processing
