James Ray Recruitment are delighted to be working with a well established firm based in Chichester area. The firm specialise in Private Client, Residential Conveyancing, and Family Law, with a loyal client base that continues to grow.

Our Client is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their dedicated team. The role primarily involves mainly dealing with Freehold Purchases and Sales; less frequent are Leasehold transactions, Re-mortgages, Transfer of Equity, New Builds, Lease Extensions, Leasehold Enfranchisement, also Equity Release (please indicate in your application if you have knowledge / experience of the latter)

• Conveyancing case management (Redbrick) is used by the resi team
• CQS update training / Anti-money Laundering training given
