Job Description:

James Ray Recruitment are looking for an energetic and dedicated Teacher of Religious Studies to join the school’s Religious Studies Department within an academy based in the East Riding of Yorkshire. The post would suit a committed and skilled teacher who wants to make a difference and help all our students achieve the highest possible standards.
This is a full-time timetable, covering on an ongoing basis term time only. This school looking for someone who holds QTS and has the experience teaching Religious Studies up to KS3 & KS4.

Key Duties:

Who is the ideal candidate?

· Have experience teaching Religious Studies in Key Stage 3 & Key stage 4

· Hold a PGCE and qualified teacher status (QTS) or be working towards the latter.

· Have a genuine desire to become part of a outstanding Humanities department

· Have a passion for education with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.
