This role provides an excellent experience to thrive and contribute to an organisation’s success, playing a fundamental role in processing purchase ledger invoices and resolving related queries.
To be successful in this Purchase Ledger Clerk you must:
Have previous experience working in a high volume / high value ledger role
Worked within a busy Finance Team
Have knowledge of using accountancy software such as Xero, Dynamix & Sage
This role would suit someone who enjoys a hands-on role.

Key responsibilities of the Purchase Ledger Clerk:
• Post purchase invoices and credit notes and match to Purchase Orders.
• Direct code invoices as required.
• Communicate with suppliers and colleagues, via phone and email to resolve all queries, both internal and external.
• Run invoice reports and complete supplier statement reconciliations, on a monthly basis.
• Ensure all Purchase Ledger filing is kept up to date.
• Run and submit CIS return.
• Monitor shared accounts email inbox and assist with any other ad hoc duties, as required.
