Private Client Solicitor

Key Duties:

• Administering estates of deceased individuals, including obtaining Grants of Probate or Letters of Administration.
• Advising clients on inheritance tax and estate planning.
• Drafting wills, trusts, and legal documents related to estate distribution.
• Managing the collection and distribution of assets to beneficiaries.
• Handling disputes related to wills, trusts, and estates, including contentious probate matters.

The successful candidate will be at least 3 years PQE, experienced in handling their own case load, and demonstrate good experience in the areas of wills, probate, powers of attorney, Court of Protection applications, and trusts.
