Private Client Solicitor

Key Duties:

The role:

• Probate and administration of estates
• Trusts –creation, TRS and administration
• Post death variations
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Wills
• Court of Protection applications

The Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor/Legal Executive/STEP
• Good knowledge of trusts, administration of estates, wills, powers of attorney, court of protection applications
• Ability to manage a full, mixed caseload of private client matters
• Excellent attention to detail
• Self-motivation and a track record of providing excellent client service
• This role will suit a qualified private client solicitor (or similar) looking to further their career with a reputable firm
