James Ray Recruitment are excited to be working with a rapidly growing firm in Beverley. This firm is a specialist Civil Litigation firm established by two local Partners with over 40 years experience in the industry. Our client is seeking to recruit a Practice Manager were you will play a crucial role in supporting the firm’s expansion, delivering exceptional service to their clients, and helping shape the future of their business.

Key Duties:

  • Financial Oversight: Keep the books in check, manage Xero entries and invoicing, assist with accounting, and ensure smooth credit control to maintain healthy cash flow.
  • Client Onboarding: Handle client onboarding, including file opening and using Smart Search for client identification.
  • Support the Team: Provide some administrative and audio typing assistance to lawyers, manage appointments, and keep everything running smoothly.
  • Manage Suppliers & Premises: Oversee supplier relationships and assist in finding new office spaces as they expand.
  • Recruitment & Systems: Be part of the recruitment process and develop efficient systems to ensure the firm continues to lead in legal services.
  • Deliver Unmatched Client Service: Ensure their clients receive the best experience, every time.
