Salary: £120-£225 per day
James Ray Recruitments are working with a college based in Hull who are seeking a passionate and experienced Plumbing Lecturer to join their team.
As a Plumbing Lecturer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our students by delivering engaging and informative lessons. You will be responsible for teaching various plumbing courses, from basic skills to advanced techniques, ensuring students gain both theoretical knowledge and practical experience.
This role is due to commence ASAP on a full time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver comprehensive plumbing curriculum and lesson plans.
Teach and assess students at various levels, ensuring they meet the required standards.
Provide guidance and support to students, fostering a positive learning environment.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure teaching methods and materials remain current.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience.
Participate in student recruitment, induction, and progression activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Plumbing.
Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed) or willingness to work towards one.
Proven experience in the plumbing industry.
Previous teaching experience is highly desirable but not essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students.
