James Ray Recruitment are recruiting for a forward-thinking accounting firm based in Hull. This well-established business has over 30 specialist staff and are always on the lookout for both experienced accountancy staff and candidates looking for a supporting and nurturing firm to grow their skills. They work with a range of businesses around the UK and pride themselves on a commercial and common-sense approach to advice. In addition to auditing, accounting and tax services they also offer business development and growth advice to achieve their clients goals.

Key Duties:

As a Tax Senior / Tax Advisor you will have the following;

CTA or ATT qualification
Accountancy practice experience with personal, inheritance (IHT) or corporate tax
Energetic, dynamic and have a willingness to consistently achieve
Experience of working with partnerships, sole traders and limited companies advising on tax
Competent with software’s such as, but not limited to IRIS and Microsoft
The ability to support and mentor less experienced tax colleagues
A desire for continuous personal and professional development
As a tax senior you will contribute towards work on all aspects of personal tax matters within a vast portfolio of clients as well as working as part of a team.
