James Ray recruitment are excited to be recruiting for an exceptional law firm who require an experienced Personal Injury/Clinical Negligence solicitor to join their team at their office in Wimbledon. This is a great opportunity for an experienced solicitor wanting to take the next steps in their career and join one of the most highly regarded firms in the South East.
The successful candidate will be assisting the Partner on complex and higher-value cases and work with the team on all other cases. The firms department deals solely with Claimant work and you will need experience of litigated and non-litigated cases at all levels.
The candidate:
Able to lead on a wide range of complex matters
Qualified solicitor 5-6 Years PQE
Commercially minded with business development skills to support plans for growth and develop your own career
Excellent technical, IT, client care and communication skills
Self-motivated with a professional approach to work
Experience with complex and high-value cases
Collaborate closely with the firm’s partner to strategise and manage high-complexity personal injury cases
Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to build robust case strategies
Draft and prepare intricate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
Engage in extensive client interaction, providing clear and concise legal advice throughout the litigation process
Assist in negotiations, settlements, and trial preparations for complex personal injury claims
Actively participate in case management, ensuring adherence to deadlines and procedural requirements
Maintain thorough documentation and case files, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Continuously stay updated on relevant laws, precedents, and regulations impacting personal injury law
