James Ray recruitment are excited to be recruiting for a dynamic law firm who require Fee Earners for their Personal Injury Department focussing on Employers Liability and Public Liability claims. This is a rare opportunity to join an impressive EL/PL team, and the client welcomes applications from qualified and non-qualified candidates.

The candidate:

• 1+ year of experience in Personal Injury
• Qualified Solicitor or experienced Fee Earner within Personal Injury (EL/PL preferred)
• Able to lead on a wide range of complex matters
• Commercially minded with business development skills to support plans for growth and develop your own career
• Excellent technical, IT, client care and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a professional approach to work

Key Duties:

To manage a caseload of approximately 100- 150 files
Pursuing claims through pre and post-litigation stages, making full use of our case management system
Complying with the Directors expectations of time recording and financial targets
Communicating via email and calls with clients, insurers, expert witnesses and solicitors
Reporting to team supervisor
To develop relationships with new clients, medical experts and counsel
To work within a team environment to provide relevant input to cases
