Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and skilled Male PE Teacher to work within a large secondary school in Grimsby. This is a fantastic opportunity for enthusiastic and driven education professionals to join a fantastic Bridlington based school.
The academic progress is consistently above average but still keeping a focus on character education. PE is very popular at the school with a great number of students selecting this as a subject. This school has a superb PE team who are driven and supported to be the best they can be. They are looking to appoint a Teacher of PE to join the department to aid our students gain outstanding grades.
You must hold QTS and has the experience teaching delivering both practical and theory-based PE up to KS4. The salary is MPS1 to MPS6 £25,174 to £36,961, this is dependent on experience. This role is looking to commence April 2024 to cover 3 days per week, term time only and lasting a minimum of a term.

Key Duties:

Who is the ideal candidate?

· Be a qualified PE teacher (ideally with a PGCE and QTS).

· Have previous experience working as a PE Teacher (minimum of six months).

· Be a someone who inspires others by being passionate and highly driven.

· Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed PE Department

· Have a passion for Education with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.
