Paralegal

Key Duties:

• Drafting wills & leasing with clients
• Assisting in probate matters
• Use of case management system to assist with fee-earning
• Assisting with fee earners through effective use of case management system
• Assisting and working closely with the rest of the team in the department and providing support as required.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be educated to a minimum of GCSE grade C or above in both English and Maths.
• Exceptional organisational skills; strong self-motivator.
• Must be able to uphold the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality.
• Ability to prioritise multiple projects and reprioritise quickly and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must have strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organisation in a positive, collaborative manner.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with electronic document management systems.
• Demonstrate sound knowledge of IT skills in Microsoft office, outlook, word and excel
