About the Role:

As a part-time Music Teacher, you will contribute to this exceptional learning environment by delivering engaging music lessons and fostering a vibrant musical culture within the school.

Ideal candidates will hold QTS and possess strong behaviour management skills. This part-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from MPS1 to MPS6 (£25,174 to £36,961), dependent on experience.

Key Duties:

Who is the ideal candidate?

  • Teach a range of music courses including Level 3 BTEC and GCSE Music, as well as curriculum music at prep and middle school level.
  • Hold a PGCE and qualified teacher status (QTS) or be working towards the latter.
  • Have a genuine desire to become part of a The Creative Arts Department.
  • Lesson planning, evaluating, and adjusting lessons/work plans/schemes of work as appropriate.
