Job Description:

James Ray Recruitment are working with a top law firm who require medical negligence litigation executives and solicitors to join their growing team.

The candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor or Experienced Litigation Executive
• Able to manage own caseload
• Commercially minded with business development skills to support plans for growth and develop your own career
• Excellent technical, IT, client care and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a professional approach to work

Key Duties:

  • Advise on medical & legal issues & support junior colleagues whilst not engaging in the activities to be delegated
  • Be able to work with minimum supervision when required
  • To work as part of an existing team
  • Management of own case load
  • Ensure limitation dates are identified & adequately prepared for in good time
  • Training new staff as and when required
