Key Duties:

The candidate:

Qualified Solicitor or Experienced Litigation Executive
Able to manage own caseload
Commercially minded with business development skills to support plans for growth and develop your own career
Excellent technical, IT, client care and communication skills
Self-motivated with a professional approach to work

The role:

Dealing with a caseload pre-litigated and litigated claims
Attending Court hearings
Liaising with Barristers, Medical Professionals and Witnesses
Drafting trial bundles and documentation for Court
