Job Description:

• Opportunity for junior lawyers to progress their careers and for experienced lawyers to handle more serious cases or explore partnership opportunities.
• Handling self-generated work, including cases from fast track to specialized Birth Injury Unit cases.
• Work with the Chief Assessor for the Law Society Clinical Negligence panel, leading our specialist Birth Injury Unit.
• Attend mediations, hearings, and trials on behalf of clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including paralegals and support staff, for case management.
