Job Description:

We have an amazing opportunity working within the one of the leading Renewables Service providers within Hull. Our client provides HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical and Renewable solutions to a wide range of clients including construction companies, end-users and public sector organisation.

As a Mechanical Estimator based in Hull City Centre, you will work for a forward thinking company as well as their sister company to assist their clients carbon reduction, net zero developments and decarbonising buildings.

* Previous work experience in Commercial Electrical Building Services.
* Be computer literate and be confident learning new CRM and estimating software.
* Full UK driving license.
* Able to work within a team or independently.
* Have a can-do, positive attitude.
* Be flexible and adaptable to a wide variety of work

Key Duties:

Manage and respond to tender enquiries.
Review enquiries and prepare take-offs from drawings.
Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations.
Full support from the estimating team and management.
Working closely as a team with other estimators to prepare tenders to meet deadlines and occasionally cost budgets.
Working with the wider team to provide an excellent service.
Preparation of quotations from small day to day works to large projects.
Attending site visits/surveys/meetings to ensure a compliant bid.
