M&E Management Trainee

Key Duties:

• Participate in on-the-job training and development across multiple M&E disciplines, including design, project management, installation, and maintenance.
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of M&E projects under the guidance of senior staff.
• Support the team in preparing documentation, reports, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Learn to manage schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Develop technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring adherence to industry standards and safety regulations.
• Participate in team meetings, site visits, and project reviews to gain exposure to the full project lifecycle.
