Job Description:

This small primary school is situated on the outskirts of Hull. They are a two form entry school, educating children from the ages of 3 to 11 from the local area and have a team that is absolutely committed to providing opportunities for everyone to be the best that they can be.

The position is Monday – Friday and requires full time working hours.

Key Duties:

Who is the ideal candidate?

  • Have a good standard in Literacy and Numeracy along with Early years experience
  • Hold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification, at level 3 or above
  • Relevant experience working with young people aged 4 -16 years
  • Enthusiastic and ability to adapt to difficult situations
  • Calm, resilient and able to communicate well with young people
  • Confident in your behaviour management skills
  • Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
  • Legal right to work in the UK
