Job Description:

James Ray Recruitments are working with a college based in Hull who are seeking a passionate and experienced Skills Coach for Level 3 Engineering.

As a Skills Coach, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our students by delivering engaging and informative lessons. You will be responsible for delivering apprenticeships, from basic skills to advanced techniques, ensuring students gain both theoretical knowledge and practical experience.

This role is due to start ASAP and will be on a full-time basis at 37 hours per week. The annual salary is £30,411 per annum.

Key Duties:

Provide tailored support and guidance that inspires apprentices to develop essential skills and knowledge.
Conduct fun and interactive coaching sessions that meet the high standards of our industry partners.
Weave maths and English into everyday activities to help apprentices shine in all areas.
Collaborate with our enthusiastic employer engagement team to discover exciting new apprenticeship opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:

An Assessor qualification and a relevant Level 3 qualification in engineering
Provide an exceptional level of teaching for the next generation of engineers excel.
High level of communication skills and the ability to connect with people
