Job Description:

James Ray Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a passionate and inspirational KS1 class teacher to join a wonderful School and Nursery based in Liverpool.

This position is at a co-educational independent school for children aged 2 to 11 years, providing a broad and balanced education within a unique setting. The school offers an individually focused education in a friendly environment, promoting excellence in learning and encouraging exceptional behaviour. It is a truly inclusive school with a unique family feel, offering small classes, dedicated and enthusiastic teachers, and experiences catered to the needs and interests of every child.

Key Duties:

Who is the ideal candidate?

Demonstrates ongoing professional development and a commitment to continuous learning.
Possesses a thorough knowledge of the KS1 and KS2 curriculum requirements.
Has the ability to inspire and motivate children to reach their full potential.
Experienced in teaching Key Stage 1 students.
Shows a strong passion and aptitude for teaching this age group.
Capable of preparing and planning lessons that cater to children of all abilities.
Skilled in developing teaching materials, programs, methods, assessments, and pastoral care.
Provides constructive feedback and guidance to pupils and their parents, fostering continuous learning at home.
