Job Description:

James Ray Recruitments are working with a college based in East Riding who are looking to recruit a Jobs Coach.

The role is to start asap on a full time basis with a view to moving onto a permanent contract for the right individual.

The Foundation area are looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Job Coach to join a well established team. This role will provide specific assistance to the Supported Internship Programme Leader in the development of both internal and external work placements.

Key Duties:

Sourcing work placements with various employers

Assisting learners in preparation for their work placements
Working alongside the learners
Preparing relevant Health and Safety documentation

About the person

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills with a strong focus on customer/employer service, as well as strong organisational and administrative skills.

Candidates should also have:

Coaching & Mentoring qualification
Recent experience of working with post 16 learners with a variety of learning difficulties/disabilities in an educational and/or workplace.
Be self motivated and autonomous
