As an HVAC Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the planning, coordination, and execution of HVAC projects. You will ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. The role involves working closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Duties:

Manage the entire lifecycle of HVAC projects, from initial planning and design to completion and handover.
Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical advice as needed.
Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure the efficient execution of work.
Monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and make adjustments to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Ensure that all HVAC systems are installed, maintained, or repaired in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Prepare project documentation, including reports, schedules, and cost estimates.
Conduct site visits to oversee installations and ensure quality control.
Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective project delivery.
Ensure compliance with health & safety standards, minimizing risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service throughout the project.

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing HVAC projects, ideally within the commercial or industrial sector.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installations, and relevant building regulations.
Relevant qualifications in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or Project Management (e.g., NVQ, HNC/HND, or equivalent).
Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and liaise with clients and contractors.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Full UK driving license.

Desirable:

Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).
Experience with energy-efficient or sustainable HVAC systems.
