Job Description:

The role is suitable for ECT’s to apply as the school is very supportive of all its staff with the students and staff best interests at the forefront of their thinking. If you are a driven individual with all of the relevant experience and qualifications to lead on the delivery of the subject through inventive approaches whilst being supported by the head of department, we would love to speak to you.

This is a full-time role to cover on a long-term supply basis from September 2024. This school looking for someone who holds QTS and has the experience teaching Food Technology up to KS3 & KS4. The salary is MPS1 to MPS6 £25,174 to £36,961, this is dependent on experience.

Key Duties:

Who is the ideal candidate?

  • Have experience teaching Food Technology in Key Stage 3 & Key stage 4
  • Hold a PGCE and qualified teacher status (QTS) or be working towards the latter.
  • Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.
