Job Description:

James Ray Recruitment are looking to appoint a well-qualified, enthusiastic & motivated teacher of Food Technology who is able to teach across the age and ability range. The successful candidate will have the ability to teach a second subject which will be offered at Key Stage 3 or Key Stage 4. You will be joining a ‘Good’ secondary school in Hull, East Yorkshire.
This is a fantastic opportunity for committed and motivated Teacher of Food Technology to join their ever-growing team in January 2024. ECTs are welcome to apply.
This school looking for someone who holds QTS and is able to deliver good levels of behaviour management. The role is a full-time position, term time only, with the salary between MPS1 to MPS6 £25,174 to £36,961, this is dependent on experience.

Key Duties:

Who is the ideal candidate?
· Have experience teaching Design technology in Key Stage 3 & 4
· Hold a PGCE and qualified teacher status (QTS) or be working towards the latter.
· Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of Design technology Teachers.
· Have a passion for education with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.
