Family Solicitor (0-4 Years PQE)

James Ray Recruitment are excited to be working with an award winning specialist firm with a scope of offices throughout the UK. The firm are looking for an ambitious, technically skilled 0-4 year family law specialist to join their Beaconsfield office.

The prime role of the Family Solicitor is to earn fees by advising on a wide variety of Family and Children law matters including both private and public, and to assist in building the Family Law portfolio. You are expected to use a high degree of self-management and initiative, whilst communicating effectively with partners, colleagues, and clients.

Candidate requirements:

You will be trained and practiced in well-regarded family departments.

Experience in key areas of private family law including; divorce, financial proceedings, emergency injunctions, private children act applications, pre-nuptial agreements and cohabitation work including Schedule 1 applications is required.

You will have strong written and spoken communication skills and have an eye for detail.

Experience of supporting senior fee earners in more complex litigation is required.

Experience of managing your own caseload is desirable but not essential.

Advocacy experience is an advantage but is not essential.
